- We use Starpil Calendula Hard Wax for a comfortable and effective waxing experience.
- Your service includes preparation, waxing, and post-treatment care with Bush Balm Ingrown Hair Oil and a soothing lotion.
- We cater to both men and women, offering full-body waxing services.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Late cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
- If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, please text us at 805-342-4356 for assistance.

4. Refund Policy:
- All services and products are non-refundable.
- Once a service is complete, no refunds will be provided.

5. Guest Policy: 
- No extra guests are allowed during the service.
- Children can accompany a parent being serviced, and minors must have a signed consent form.

6. Payment and Deposit Policy:
- For full-service payment, if a deposit is placed, the remainder is due at the time of the appointment.

7. Late Arrival:
- A 9-minute grace period is offered. After the 10th minute, the appointment is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.
